What are the benefits to my business?

By sitting with a Business Manager and having an A-Z Review, you'll be able to explore your current banking, consider your future goals and create an individual plan for your business. This one-on-one conversation will help you identify solutions that may suit your business better.

Do I need to go into a branch to do this?

We can organise for a Business Manager to visit you, or you are welcome to come in to your local branch. An A-Z Review is a personalised service and is available at any of our branches throughout New Zealand. If it is more convenient, we can also organise for a Business Manager to conduct your review over the phone. To book an appointment, you can either:

  • locate your nearest ANZ branch
  • contact your local Business Manager.

Who will have this conversation with me?

We understand that every business is unique. Therefore we have ANZ Business Managers available in most branches. We also have ANZ Agri Business Specialists available in selected branches.

What sort of things will we discuss?

Through your conversation we will discuss your business' current financial situation; including products you have with us and with other financial institutions, your plans for the future and ways to optimise your business banking.

What are the outcomes?

This one-on-one conversation will help you identify solutions that may suit your business better. Following your A-Z Review you will have an individual business plan based on your current banking and future goals.

How long does it take?

The review is straightforward, and should help you with your next financial decisions and provide you with the information you need to move your business forward. Your conversation should take approximately 20-30 minutes.

What do I need to bring?

Bring any information about your current business banking, including statements and documents from your existing banking accounts, both ANZ and non-ANZ accounts.

How is this different to Financial Planning?

During your A-Z Review our Business Managers will discuss your current and future business banking needs. If you require personal advice on matters such as building your savings and investment, preparing yourself for retirement or protecting you and your family, we can organise a time that is convenient for you to meet with an ANZ Financial Planner. Your initial appointment with an ANZ Financial Planner is complimentary and without obligation.

What if I am not currently an ANZ business banking customer?

An A-Z Review is not just for existing ANZ business customers, we offer this complimentary, obligation free review to all businesses.

How much does it cost?

An A-Z Review has no cost and no obligation, it is a complimentary service offered to you in every ANZ branch throughout New Zealand.

What if English is my second language?

If English is not your first language we have multi-lingual staff, including a dedicated Asian Business customer line on 0800 ANZ 888 (0800 269 888) who will be able to help you with your A-Z Review.
